Public Memberships

Train at Ragnarok Without Joining a Team

Ragnarok will offer monthly gym memberships for athletes and families who want access to the training facility without holding a position on one of the Ragnarok travel teams. Team participation and public membership are separate.

4:00 AM – 6:00 PM
& 9:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Available to all active public members and rostered-family accounts.

Reserved Team Use
6:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Monday – Friday

Private instruction, team practices, team training, and approved team-related facility use.

Public membership access does not continue through the reserved team-use period unless the person is also covered under a rostered-family access agreement or has separate authorization.

Individual Athlete

For two registered athletes under the same account.

Rostered Athlete & Family Access

24-Hour Access for Rostered Families

Twenty-Four-Hour Access

Every rostered Ragnarok athlete receives 24-hour facility access through a unique access code assigned to the athlete's family. The immediate family may use the facility under the same arrangement, provided each person is properly registered and follows age, waiver, conduct, safety, and supervision requirements.

Team-Use Priority

From 6:00 PM until 9:30 PM (Monday–Friday), private instruction, team practices, and approved team activities receive priority. Certain training spaces or equipment may be unavailable to general family use during that period.

Unique Access Code Rules
  • • Each rostered family receives one unique code.
  • • Codes may not be shared outside the registered family.
  • • The family is responsible for activity through its code.
  • • Misuse may result in access suspension or revocation.
  • • Every person using the privilege must be registered.
Age & Supervision Rules

Safety by Age

Under 16

May not use the facility alone. Must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another adult approved under Ragnarok's policies.

16 – 17

May use the facility without a parent only with written guardian consent and a signed medical waiver and liability release. Must leave by 11:30 PM unless accompanied by an approved adult.

18+

Adult users must complete all required registration, medical, liability, access, and facility-rule documents before receiving independent access.

Guest Pass Policy

Two Passes. Four Hours. Per Month.

Guest passes per month, per active member or rostered-family account.

Combined maximum guest-use hours per month.
Guest Requirements
  • • Guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring member or rostered family.
  • • Guest use does not create an independent membership.
  • • Guests follow the same age and supervision rules.
  • • The sponsoring account is responsible for the guest's conduct.
  • • Guest access may not interfere with reserved team or private-instruction use.
  • • Guest passes do not carry over unless Ragnarok publishes a different policy.
  • • Guests may not receive or use the family's unique facility code.
Membership Disclaimer

What Membership Includes — and Doesn't

Ragnarok gym membership provides access to approved areas of the facility during the applicable membership hours. Membership does not include a travel-team position, tournament participation, private coaching, individual lessons, uniforms, special events, or team-specific services unless those benefits are separately purchased or expressly included in a written agreement.
