Mission & Faith

Our Mission

This Is Bigger Than Baseball

Talent can be found anywhere. Opportunity cannot.

Baseball can teach far more than how to hit, throw, or field a ball. It can teach a young person how to accept correction, recover from failure, control emotion, depend on other people, become dependable themselves, work toward something difficult, and keep showing up when quitting would be easier.

Ragnarok is being built around the belief that one coach, one team, one mentor, one classroom, one season, one conversation, or one real opportunity can change the direction of a young person's life.

Accountability and compassion are not opposites. Young people need both.

Christian Identity

Built on Faith. Open to Every Family.

Ragnarok is founded on Christian values of faith, service, integrity, compassion, accountability, forgiveness, grace, and purpose. Families of every faith background are welcome. Faith-based programming is available for those who want it and voluntary for those who do not.

Ragnarok Performance Sports is intentionally Christian-centered and incorporates Christian values into its culture of service, integrity, discipline, accountability, forgiveness, grace, leadership, and purpose. Families from every faith background are welcome, and participation in explicitly religious programming remains voluntary. Religious participation will never be required as a condition of team participation, academic support, tutoring, facility membership, mentorship, or access to general Ragnarok Performance Sports programs.
