Ragnarok Nation is the shared public-facing brand and digital home connecting Ragnarok's commercial sports vision and future charitable mission. The commercial business and future nonprofit Foundation are separate organizational structures with different purposes and financial responsibilities.

Ragnarok Rising Foundation has not yet been legally formed. It is not currently a 501(c)(3), is not accepting charitable donations, and is not currently issuing athlete assistance, academic scholarships, or equipment assistance.

The organizations share a mission and brand relationship but maintain separate finances, records, contracts, payment systems, and legal responsibilities. Ragnarok Rising Foundation is a future initiative and has not yet been legally formed.

It is not currently a 501(c)(3), is not accepting charitable donations, and is not currently issuing athlete assistance, academic scholarships, or equipment assistance. The plan is to begin formally developing the Foundation after Ragnarok Performance Sports and its facility become operational.

Key Disclosures

Ragnarok Rising Foundation is a future initiative and has not yet been legally formed. If properly formed, the Foundation is intended to maintain separate governance, finances, records, banking, accounting, policies, charitable decision-making, and legal responsibilities from Ragnarok Group, LLC.

Commercial payments to Ragnarok Group, LLC or Ragnarok Performance Sports are not charitable contributions to Ragnarok Rising Foundation.

Future Foundation support will not automatically purchase advertising, ownership, gym memberships, roster positions, private instruction, or other commercial benefits.

Commercial Expansion

Ragnarok Performance Sports will begin in Fayetteville, North Carolina. After establishing sustainable commercial operations, qualified leadership, safe facilities, consistent coaching standards, and sufficient demand, Ragnarok Group, LLC intends to evaluate expansion into additional communities and states as demand and funding allow.

Entity Relationship Disclosure

Ragnarok Group, LLC is the for-profit commercial umbrella company responsible for commercial strategy, brand development, intellectual property, facility development, business operations, investment activity, commercial partnerships, commercial sponsorships, and commercial expansion.

Ragnarok Performance Sports is the commercial sports and facility operation of Ragnarok Group, LLC, including travel baseball, athlete development, training, coaching, facility operations, gym memberships, private instruction when active, commercial camps and clinics when active, uniforms, merchandise, commercial sponsorships, facility sponsorships, the Academic Excellence Room, Christian Youth Leadership, the Youth Faith Room, mentorship, and leadership development.

Ragnarok Rising Foundation is a future initiative and has not yet been legally formed. It is not currently a 501(c)(3), is not currently accepting charitable contributions, and is not currently awarding scholarships, athlete assistance, or equipment funding.

Commercial payments to Ragnarok Group, LLC or Ragnarok Performance Sports are not charitable contributions to Ragnarok Rising Foundation.

Future Foundation support will not automatically purchase advertising, ownership, gym memberships, roster positions, private instruction, or other commercial benefits.

Ragnarok's immediate focus is successfully launching Ragnarok Performance Sports and establishing the future facility. After the commercial facility becomes operational, the long-term plan is to begin formally developing Ragnarok Rising Foundation as a separate nonprofit organization.
