Athletes are never encouraged to play through serious injuries. Safety decisions follow documented procedures, medical guidance, and return-to-play requirements — not competitive pressure.

Every youth-facing role requires an application, interview, reference check, background check, identity verification, code of conduct, youth-protection expectations, confidentiality, safety training, concussion awareness, and appropriate communication standards.
